Welcome to The Meetup Spot. By registering or attending our events, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
The Meetup Spot is a community platform that organizes in-person social events across the Triangle area of North Carolina, connecting people through shared interests and hobbies.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and attend events. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
All attendees are expected to treat others with respect. The following are not tolerated at any Meetup Spot event:
Violations may result in removal from the event and permanent ban from the community.
When you register for an event:
Attendance at Meetup Spot events is voluntary. You participate at your own risk. The Meetup Spot is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your attendance at or participation in any event.
For physical activities (hiking, sports, etc.) you are responsible for assessing your own fitness and capability to participate safely.
Photos or videos may be taken at events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed in group settings. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let the event host know at the start of the event.
By registering, you agree to receive event invitations and community updates from The Meetup Spot. You can opt out at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in The Meetup Spot after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
